Fully recommend them!

I contacted BCM about my condition and within a short while received a positive reply enquiring how they could help – within 24 hrs I was examined had a very informative and succinct discussion and diagnosis and a way forward to correct my condition.

I could not be happier with the experience – I congratulate the practice.

Fully recommend them!

Really welcoming and friendly

I had a skin tag removal on my eyelid and I was really quite appreciative about having it done. Having researched local practices I came across BCM skincare and instantly felt at ease knowing that Ben was a GP so I felt comfortable booking in. Claire was so polite, friendly and helpful in her email contact with me and answered the questions I had. I had the appointment at the weekend which was really convenient for me. When I got to the practice I was greeted by Claire who was really welcoming and friendly, then by Dr McFadden who was equally as inviting.

I was put at ease, taken through the aftercare and what was about to happen during my appointment and it was completed very quickly. I have recommended my husband to have his neck skin tags removed too so we will be returning.

Thank you both for making a nervous patient feel totally at ease and explaining everything so well

I am so relieved

I was a little nervous going to the BCM clinic as I had 18 Keratoses to be removed! I was warmly welcomed on arrival and put at ease straight away and everything was explained before the treatment and procedure commenced. I was thoroughly checked and my skin was analysed for any unusual marks and moles and I was told there was nothing sinister which was very reassuring.

Dr McFadden was very professional, gentle in his approach and I am so relieved they have all been removed and the healing is going very well. He was also very quick and methodical and his assistant Clare was delightful and empathetic as I am not the best patient!!!

I couldn't be happier with the outcome

Great job. I saw Dr McFadden about some moles I didn’t want anymore. He was extremely lovely and professional throughout. They have all healed up amazingly well and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Great job.
