Dr Ben McFadden is a General Practitioner with a specialist interest in Dermatology. Having worked extensively within NHS Dermatology Services across East Sussex for over 10 years, he has developed broad knowledge and expertise in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of skin concerns. He is passionate about providing approachable, patient-centered care.
His wife Claire is the Clinic Manager and Health Care Assistant. She keeps the clinic running efficiently and often assists with treatments. She has 15 years’ experience in supporting and caring for patients on their skincare journey.
Together, they are committed to providing friendly, professional care within a welcoming clinic environment.
Our ethos is based around providing honest, informative and patient-centered care. We aim to help you better understand your skin concerns and feel informed and confident about the options available to you.
We have two locations where we provide our services.

Monday afternoons
Parking is available outside the clinic, including designated disabled and limited-mobility bays.
Whilst spaces can be limited during busy periods, additional roadside parking is available within a short walking distance.
Lift access is available to assist patients with mobility requirements. Accessible toilet facilities are available on site.

Saturday late mornings and afternoons
A designated disabled parking bay is available directly outside the clinic. Please note that parking can be limited during school drop-off and pick-up times, or when the adjacent community facilities are in use.
Additional free roadside parking is available nearby.
The clinic is located on the ground floor and is fully wheelchair accessible. Accessible toilet facilities are available on site.

Please note: all patients undergoing treatment are formally assessed in person prior to any procedure to confirm diagnosis and suitability for treatment.
Where possible, we offer free photo triage to advise whether your concern may be suitable for assessment or treatment within our clinic.
At your appointment, your concern will be fully assessed and management or treatment options discussed.
Procedure pricing includes the consultation and clinical assessment unless otherwise stated. Where appropriate, procedures can usually be carried out during the same appointment.
